"TONNIKA SISTERS" created by Elias

In 0 BBY, when a mission to transport the Hammertong prototype ended in a stormtrooper ambush, Karoly D'ulin and Shada D'ukal found themselves on Tatooine, and were in the Mos Eisley Cantina when Luke Skywalker first met Han Solo. The women were masquerading as the Tonnika sisters: Karoly was disguised as Senni Tonnika while Shada posed as Brea Tonnika.

Senni Tonnika (Karoly D'ulin) was made using 3.75" The Black Series Padme, which was heavily modified using a Dremel. The pattern on the chest was completely taken away, as well as the scars on the back.  The boots were filled in using ProCreate to give it a smoother texture.  The band on the thigh and belt were also sculpted in using ProCreate.  The collar and sleeves were sculpted into place with Aves Fixit sculpt.  The head was made from a cast supplied by I-Am-Boba-Fett.

Brea Tonnika (Shada D'ukal) was made using the 3.75" Build A Droid Leesub Sirlin.  The overshirt was completely removed using the Dremel, and the collar and sleeves were sculpted with Aves Fixit sculpt. The thigh band and belt were made from ProCreate.  The holster on the boot of Leesub Sirlin wsas simply removed with a razor blade, then sanded to smooth down the surface.  The head was the exact same cast as the first figure, which was supplied by I-Am-Boba-Fett. However, I used paint to make the faces appear different in shape, and structure.

I made them to sell since we have another set of heads we can use to make a set for ourselves at a later date. THIS SET IS NOW SOLD!

Having Angela House ask me to make her a figure of herself was the biggest compliment an artist could ask for.

"YERKA MIG" created by Darth Daddy

Yerka Mig was a male Human Imperial bureaucrat with a high security clearance. As of 0 BBY he had well been established in Tatooine. Mig, stricken with remorse after his home planet Ralltiir was brutally occupied by the Empire, retired and fled to the Outer Rim Territories, pursued by the Imperial Security Bureau. He was a patron in Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina on Mos Eisley, and was hiding from Imperial agents inside when Obi-Wan Kenobi and Luke Skywalker sought passage to Alderaan there.

To create this figure we repainted a Black Series Ceremonial Luke Skywalker and swapped out the head of the figure for a cast that we acquired through a friend.  There is nothing more fum then adding another Cantina denizen to the collection!

"REEGESK" created by Darth Daddy

Reegesk was a Ranat scavenger and experienced thief from Aralia, known as a fair trader. He regularly traded with Jawas such as Het Nkik. Reegesk was not picky, and was willing to steal anything, even trash. His tribe needed power for their bootleg vaporator unit, so he went into Mos Eisley to look for a power source. He attempted to trade a Sand People battle idol to Nkik in Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina, during which he quietly stole the power source of Nkik's BlasTech Industries DL-44 for use with his tribe's vaporator, leading to the death of Nkik, not knowing his gun had no power during a shootout with stormtroopers.

In all honesty, this figure took me about 30 minutes to make.  Exactly as long as it took me to drill the headcast, place it on the body I had in fodder, and sew the soft good robe shut. In less than hour I was able to add another desired character to our Cantina display.

"Chachi De Maal" created by Darth Daddy

Chachi De Maal was a female Duros who, like most of her species, was a pilot and starship engineer. She often worked for the Corporate Sector Authority and trained other pilots for deep space missions. Chachi was native to Jivv Space City, a large orbiting metropolis on Duro, but eventually left to start up business on Tatooine with her husband, Ohwun De Maal. Together, the two owned several docking bays in Mos Eisley, including Docking Bay 27, 43, 67, 71, 86, and 94. They also owned the droid WED-9-M1. In the two Duros line of work, shady characters were constantly renting our their ship storage facilities, they were known to use several well-known aliases. Among Chachi's aliases were Baniss Keeg and Probos. Chachi and her husband were present in Chalmun's Cantina during the fateful encounter of Luke Skywalker and Han Solo. It just so happened that Solo had been storing his ship, the Millennium Falcon in their Docking Bay 94. When Solo and his cargo blasted out of the docking bay to escape the Galactic Empire, they forgot to pay their bill, irritating Owhun and his wife and souring their previously friendly relationship with Jabba Desilijic Tiure

Dad modified the head of a Ellorrs Madak action figure so it fit snugly into the Legacy Ben Kenobi torso that Dad attached to the lower half of a Pons Limbic (Braniac) action figure.  The soft goods were from the Jedi robe of Fi-Ek Serch glued the lower half of the Ben Kenobi.  Dad got the recipe from Peakob1Peakob1 put way more paintwork into his Bannis Keeg and the figure is a must see.  Just beautiful. Dad took some shortcuts with his, but managed to make it so the figure still fit in well when displayed with my other Cantina figures.

That's three Cantina figures in a row.  We'd love to see Hasbro release a Vintage 3-pack of these guys.

Dad's Chachi De Maal was featured on the front page of Imperial Shipyards.
