CUSTOMIZER SPOTLIGHT ARCHIVES: UPDATED

Just wanted to let you all know that we updated the archives for Customizer Spotlight to include two new custom action figures that I own that were created by SWK KUSTOMS & PEAKOB1. We actually have a lot of updates to do in Customizer Spotlight, as well as featuring the work of other Star Wars customizers who have not been featured yet. Look for a new Star Wars customizer to be added before February is through.

One of a Kind Workshop Episode#1

One of a Kind Workshop Episode#1

This is the first episode of One of a Kind Workshop, created by Ratfink Customs who wants to welcome you and hopes you enjoy a podcast for sculptors, artists, and creators who are being interviewed by sculptors, artists, and creators in hopes to better the community and hear from all sides of the toy industry and sculpture world. The first interview is with David Arshawsky the writer, illustrator and sculptor of some your favorite Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Skeleton Warriors, Toxic Crusaders, Earthworm Jim figures, and many others. He has a lot to say about the process, his history in the business, and the state of the business in general.

One of a Kind Workshop Episode#2

Hey folks, One of a Kind Workshop has just recorded their second ever episode of the OOAKW, this time featuring Dayton of Sith_Fire30 customs. They spent a good hour and a half talking about his Star Wars and Alien figures, how he got started, and even take a ten minute detour to rant about CGI... listen to it if you wanna hear a super talented guy talk shop with a coupla goons.

Cold Weather Jedi

So we had a light dusting of snow this morning, and at home we were wondering if it would be the last snow of the year with all the warm weather we are having. To celebrate the winter white, Dad threw together this cold weather Jedi. It is another No Paint Kit Bash figure made from a Clone Wars Cold Weather Plo Koon body, the backpack from a Zartan, hat from a Pirates of the Caribbean Elizabeth Swan, headgear of a Starkiller Hero action figure based on early concept art created by Ralph McQuarrie, and the head of Trinto Duaba.
